1. Tradestars provides social media paid ad campaigns that aim to promote your business or brand through targeted advertisements on various social media platforms. Our services may include ad creation, campaign management, and performance analysis.

Payments

1. You agree to pay the fees associated with the social media paid ad campaigns as outlined in our pricing structure. Payments are due monthly and should be made in the currency specified in the invoice.
2. Invoices will be sent to you electronically, and payment is to be made within the specified due date.
3. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of our services.
4. All fees paid are non-refundable, except as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.

Contractual Agreement

1. We do not require you to sign a contract to engage our services. By placing an order and making a payment, you enter into a binding agreement with Tradestars under these Terms.
2. The agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party.

Termination and Cancellation

1. Both parties agree to treat any confidential information shared during the provision of our services as strictly confidential.
2. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, customer data, and proprietary technology.

Limitation of Liability

1. We strive to provide high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from our social media paid ad campaigns.
2. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Cre8ive Media LTD is registered. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
